Facebook come up with a valuable feature term CALL option in Facebook already Google + had hangout so same Facebook  will  discover the video chat .But this is not currently open still firm working under process.Already partnered with  Skype when ever your friend in Facebook automatically you will see a CALL button allow you to chat your friend with face to face.
